Mosaic was built by Stella, a student at UNC Chapel Hill, after noticing something missing: schools teach kids to write code by hand, but nobody teaches them how to actually work with AI.

The tools developers use every day — Claude, Claude Code — weren't being taught anywhere. So she built a startup to change that. Mosaic is backed by people who believe AI literacy is the defining skill of this generation.
